The Estates of Wedgewood Falls HOA Annual Meeting will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at Vernon’s Kuntry Katfish located at 5901 W. Davis St, Conroe, 77304.

Dinner will be available for purchase, and maximum capacity of the meeting room is 45 people.

The agenda will be posted here before the meeting.

Please see the attached agenda for the regular board meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 14 at 6 pm, located at IMC offices, 3500 W. Davis Ste 190, Conroe, 77304.

The executive session will be held starting at 6 pm, this portion is held without owners present. The board will convene to open session approximately at 6:30 pm where owners may observe the board conducting association business. 

Please note all owners will be permitted to comment or ask questions at the end of the meeting with a 2 minute maximum.  Should you have any questions or concerns that may exceed 2 minutes, please email Jennifer Skinner at jskinner@imcmanagement.net for the board to review.
